About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding our team members to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of team members to deliver superb customer service
  • Work closely with management teams to support and motivate the team
  • Ensure that our customers are well looked after

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in retail or catering as a Team Member or supervisor
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ambition to go far in their management career
