Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our new state-of-the-art nursing home in Llanelli, providing specialist clinical care for adults with dementia and general elderly care needs.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a developing care provider that offers nursing, residential, and community support across South Wales. As a brand-new home, we are looking for a Nursing Home Manager with previous commissioning experience or proven turnaround or business development experience with 3+ years of being registered with CIW.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with CIW and company regulations.
  2. Develop and implement an effective on-call service.
  3. Recruit and train a skilled clinical and support team.
  4. Establish relationships within the local care community and promote the service.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of Home Management experience within a nursing home, NVQ5, a good understanding of CIW requirements, and a dementia & elderly care background.

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Registered Manager with strong communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a proven track record in nursing home management, we would love to hear from you.
