About This Role

This Sales Assistant position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of £12.00, with opportunities for additional pay and a range of benefits. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing stock, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  2. Work efficiently to manage stock levels, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising displays
  3. Bake fresh goods in the bakery area, ensuring high-quality products for our customers
  4. Maintain Non-Food products, rotating stock, and ensuring accurate pricing and labelling
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve store performance, and enhance customer satisfaction
