Diagonal Recruitment is representing a leading programmatic supply-side platform that has established a distinctive presence in the market over the past few years. As the organization embarks on an expansion phase into significant international territories, we are looking for a Head of Programmatic Partnerships to spearhead the growth of demand revenue, primarily from Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and other partner networks.
Position Overview:
- Engage with key DSP partners at an executive level
- Foster and sustain long-term trading partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive quarterly business evaluations to enhance strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with partners to identify business requirements and establish a mutual roadmap
- Proactively identify and address challenges, working in tandem with cross-functional teams
- Implement projects and deliver performance insights through data analytics
Essential Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience in partnerships or account management within the adtech sector
- Thorough understanding of the AdTech landscape, particularly in relation to DSP collaborations
About You:
- Regarded as a senior expert in adtech partnerships
- Well-networked with a strong industry presence
- Experience in an SSP commercial team with knowledge of DSP integration
- Informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Capable of translating complex analyses into practical recommendations
- Adapts well to change, disruption, and achieving business objectives
