We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telephone Therapist to join our part-time team at HealthHero.

In this role, you will provide high-quality counselling services to clients, conducting initial assessments and developing effective treatment plans. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

With a minimum of 300+ clinical hours and a qualification in Counselling (L4 and above) with BACP registration, you will possess the necessary expertise to navigate complex situations and provide empathetic support. Additionally, your experience in a corporate environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be valuable assets in this role.

The compensation package includes a salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on full-time hours, with pro-rata payment for part-time work.
