About the Role
We are seeking a Beauty Counter Supervisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing our sales associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining customers, managing resources, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's vision and mission.

Our ideal candidate has a degree of experience dependent on business/store size, and should have experience in strategic planning and execution, as well as the ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Additionally, you should have working knowledge of a computerized system including email and Microsoft Excel.
