Senior Estate Agent Job Description

At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in our Birmingham branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales.
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
