The role of the Area Sales Manager – Window and Door Multi-Point Locking Systems will involve:

  • Field sales position selling high-end manufactured range of multi-point locking systems for windows and doors
  • Focusing on selling into and managing relationships with window and door fabricators of composite, aluminium, PVC, composite fire doors, and timber fire doors
  • Inheriting a customer base in need of development, responsible for £1.5m-£2m revenue, and expected to manage the distribution network efficiently
  • Tasked with recruiting a minimum of three new commercial accounts per annum, each contributing a minimum of £50,000 at an acceptable margin
