Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to work at our Worcester location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of materials into store or across the site, involving manual handling of heavy and/or awkward objects.
  • Adapting to a variety of tasks, including cleaning out properties after each trade, mixing mortar, cleaning windows, and other general duties as required.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness for the site welfare amenities (canteen, offices, and WC's).
  • Complying with responsibilities as laid down in the Company's Health & Safety policy.
  • Contributing to the safe running of the development.
  • Appropriate health and safety certification (CSCS card) and experience of general Labouring on a construction site is advantageous.
  • A willingness to work hard, be reliable, punctual, and a good team player is essential.
  • Career development opportunities are available for the right candidate.
