Payroll Team Lead Position for Sheffield Organisation

We are currently looking to strengthen The Portfolio Group's Payroll team by hiring a skilled Payroll Manager. This role will play a crucial part in developing the payroll function and leading a large team of processors across various payrolls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving positive change to current processes, analysing existing procedures and planning for the future of the Payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of payroll administrators
- Driving process improvements and implementing system upgrades
- Evaluating roles and streamlining workflows
