About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Cubitt & West as a Property Viewing Guide - Part Time. As a Property Viewing Guide, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany prospective buyers to view properties, highlighting the positive attributes of each home and gathering feedback.
- Host Open Houses on behalf of our vendors, showcasing properties in a professional and engaging manner.
- Assist in the office with general administration and organisational tasks, requiring good communication and computer skills.
Requirements
- A full driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
- Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is crucial, particularly during our busiest times.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent people skills are essential for success in this role.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout the viewing process.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50, plus occasional commission.
- The opportunity to work with a reputable and established company, Cubitt & West.
- A flexible work pattern, including Saturdays, with the possibility of occasional weekday work.
