Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in Lydney. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Work with pupils to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with Behaviour Management, using proactive and compassionate approaches
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Patience and a nurturing mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good curriculum knowledge and experience with Behaviour Management
  • Ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and parents
