Accounts Payable Clerk

Office Angels UK is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with our client's Delegation of Authority policy for invoice payment approvals.
- Administer the Travel & Entertainment reimbursement process, providing education and information as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of claim reports to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle iExpense module and related functionality.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Oracle iExpense or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays, 28 days annual leave after 5 years service.
