We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at University Hospital Ayr. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for patients, staff, and visitors.

• Prepare and cook meals for over 2000 people daily, including therapeutic diets for patients
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Monitor and record data for HACCP and Environmental Health
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent customer service

• Experience in catering, preferably in an NHS environment
• City and Guilds 706/1 or S/NVQ qualification
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
