Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at The Parkgate Hotel. As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a luxurious and exclusive wellness environment, delivering high-quality treatments and services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to guests
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa by participating in marketing initiatives and promoting our services

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant therapy discipline
  • Experience of working in a spa or wellness environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
