Associate Sustainability Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business in the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sustainability and NZC aspects of healthcare projects, ensuring that our clients receive expert advice and guidance on sustainable design and operations.
- Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team through your expertise and knowledge of sustainable practices.
- Undertake and oversee sustainability concepts and design philosophies, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Inspire and enthuse our engineers and technicians on your projects, promoting a culture of sustainability and excellence.
- Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Support key accounts and develop new clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies, contributing to the growth and development of our business.
- Produce high-quality fee proposals, working closely with our commercial team to ensure that our clients receive competitive and innovative solutions.
- Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero-carbon, innovative, and quality advisory and design services.
- Manage your own projects and act as sustainability project manager, allocating resources and coordinating tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in sustainability and healthcare. You will have a degree in a relevant discipline and membership or qualifications leading to membership of a relevant professional institution. You will also have a proven track record of delivering sustainable solutions and a thorough understanding of digital design tools, including Revit/BIM 360.
You will be an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in plain language, verbally and in writing. You will also be able to motivate and inspire confidence both internally and externally across geographical borders.
