We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Gregory-Martin International. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering analysis capability and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational analysis approaches to deliver impactful insights to clients.
- Design and develop models and tools using agile methodologies, including requirements capture, design, development, testing, and management.
- Collate, manage, structure, analyze, present, and visualize data to inform senior-level decision making.
- Derive unique insights from data to inform business strategy and drive growth.
- Produce high-quality presentations and reports to summarize processes, findings, recommendations, and decision analysis results.
- Take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with clients and the company's team of consultants and analysts.
- Operational analysis approaches and techniques.
- Advanced data analysis in Excel, including VBA.
- Data analysis and data science.
- Experience working within UK MoD.
- Stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and process design.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Software development using Python.
- Knowledge of current software development approaches, platforms, and best practice.
- Experience of Microsoft365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Dataverse, and PowerApps solutions.
