Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Carpenter Box team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a working knowledge of cloud tools.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the initial preparation of tax returns, VAT & management accounts, as well as general financial administration on behalf of clients. You will also be responsible for developing processes and procedures to accommodate business changes, introducing cloud tools, and learning new software as it becomes available.
The successful candidate will be based predominately in our Brighton office, with hybrid working options available. We offer a competitive £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, paid overtime or time off in lieu, 4% employer pension contributions, and additional benefits such as access to our Cash Plan and Enterprise Health scheme.
