Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Advance HE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with experience in managing multiple priorities, leading change, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing a team of finance operations personnel, working closely with finance business partners, and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of financial operations.

You will also be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, streamlining systems and procedures, and optimizing digital approaches. This is an exciting and variable role that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and be an effective problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery and execution of high-quality, compliant accounting inputs and outputs
  • Report timely and accurate financial metrics
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and streamline systems and procedures
  • Optimize digital approaches and manage multiple priorities
  • Manage a team of finance operations personnel and work closely with finance business partners
Requirements:
  • Strong background in financial operations and management
  • Experience in leading change, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in managing a team of finance operations personnel
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Qualified accountant or studying final stages
