**About Pro- Education and this role:**

We are delighted to be supporting a large regional law firm based in Cornwall. This fantastic opportunity offers a competitive salary between £40,000 - £80,000, along with some fantastic perks and benefits. The role is primarily office-based but hybrid for the right candidate.

The Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Working alongside the head of department and partners when dealing with long trial-based work and complicated cases.
• Likewise looking after multiple caseloads and clients.
• Managing paperwork matters as needed.
• Helping grow the litigation department by bringing in new clients and managing a heavy case load.

Requirements:

• You must hold an LLB Hons or have done the GDL and be qualified with the SRA if you are a solicitor.
• If you are a Legal Executive, you must hold the minimum Level 3 CILEx qualification.
• At least 3 years PQE+ is required.
• Able to manage multiple caseloads at once.
• Experience with Commercial Property, Land, and Contractual Litigation is necessary.
• Willingness to relocate to Cornwall or having already relocated.

About the Salary:

The salary range of £40,000 - £80,000 will depend on your PQE and relevant experience deemed suitable by the client during the interview stage.
