Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Safety and Maintenance
    • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
    • Report any faults or issues to the maintenance team promptly.
  • Delivery and Transportation
    • Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles to deliver goods and materials to customers.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining a safe and considerate driving style.
  • Customer Service
    • Represent GRS Group in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
    • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete reports and documentation accurately and on time.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver.
  • Previous experience in operating tipper bodies is required.
  • MPQC/ MP Connect card required.
  • Drivers CPC Card.
  • Valid Tachograph Card.
  • Held a HGV Class 1 Driving License for over 6 months.
