The Role

We are looking for a caring and patient individual to join our residential support team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and assistance with daily activities to our young residents. You will also participate in sleep ins and weekend shifts, taking part in fun activities and outings with the group.

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. youth work, social work)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents and contribute to a safe and nurturing home environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and sleep ins

Salary and Benefits
  • Hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.40, plus sleep ins at £55 each
