We are currently seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team in North-West, UK. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the regulatory strategy, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Strategy: Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with our company's strategic objectives, focusing on licensed and unlicensed products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, support, and develop our regulatory affairs team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective delivery.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Oversee the filing and approval process for regulatory submissions, guaranteeing timely and accurate completion.
  • Compliance: Ensure all promotional materials, product labelling, and regulatory submissions adhere to current legislation and guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with our finance team to agree and review local regulatory budgets.
  • License Maintenance: Ensure all licenses, including specials licenses, are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage resourcing requirements within the regulatory affairs team to optimize performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective regulatory strategies, driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Benefits:
