Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join its radiology team. As a Band 5/6 Radiographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality specialist and general radiography services to patients across various imaging techniques.

About the Role

This role offers progression from Band 5 to Band 6 with full training and competence. You will have autonomous responsibility for participating in a seven-day radiography service, working with colleagues to manage patient flow, and adapting radiographic techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a seven-day radiography service to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality imaging services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to manage patient flow and optimize departmental efficiency
  • Develop and maintain expertise in various radiographic techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a BSc in Radiography and demonstrable experience in CT/MRI. A Post Graduate Cross sectional Education is desirable but not essential.
