As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting feasibility studies, producing master plans, and ensuring high-quality designs adhere to current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present initial feasibility studies on potential site acquisitions
  • Produce master plans for residential sites
  • Oversee the overall design and preparation of drawings, presentation work, and design documents for planning applications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential master planning and individual house design for planning applications
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe products, and SketchUp
  • Ability to create high-quality presentation work and Design & Access Statements
  • Working knowledge of planning policy and building regulations
  • Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
