About the Role:
Shanly Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Design Manager to join their in-house architectural team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting feasibility studies, producing master plans, and ensuring high-quality designs adhere to current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present initial feasibility studies on potential site acquisitions
- Produce master plans for residential sites
- Oversee the overall design and preparation of drawings, presentation work, and design documents for planning applications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential master planning and individual house design for planning applications
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe products, and SketchUp
- Ability to create high-quality presentation work and Design & Access Statements
- Working knowledge of planning policy and building regulations
- Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
