We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Europlan Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and feasibility
- Calculate material quantities and costs, including labor contracts and schedules
- Monitor construction progress, safety practices, and material needs
- Prepare labor and supplier accounts for payment
- Write reports detailing costs and progress for clients
- Prepare bill of quantities and price it accordingly
- Measurements on site, daily hour controls, and cost control
- Payment certificates to subcontractors and clients
- Obtain competitive prices from suppliers
- Have good knowledge of building regulations and standards
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the field
- Degree qualification in a relevant field
- Experience in data center, industrial, commercial, or residential projects
