Job Summary

Marsden International Legal Search Limited is seeking a highly skilled Property Legal Counsel to join their team. As an in-house counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key property transactions, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the business policies and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coordinating external counsel for various property projects.
  • Negotiating and drafting essential transaction documents, such as development agreements, transfer documents, options, title certificates, and security agreements, in line with company policies.

This is a hybrid role where you will be willing to work in the office 3 days a week. The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Marsden International Legal Search Limited is a leading residential development company with extensive operations across the UK. They are looking for a Property Legal Counsel with at least 3 years experience gained in a reputable private practice and/or relevant in-house business in the housebuilding and development space.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
