Store Performance Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to lead our Crouch End store and drive sales growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.

As an OB Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, analysing sales data, and developing strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an OB Sales and Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
• Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
• Work closely with the buying team to ensure stock levels are optimal and meet customer demand.
• Manage the store's operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
