About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Department Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon.

Job Description

This is a supervisory role within our hospitality food & beverage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. You will work closely with colleagues to drive revenue at every opportunity and ensure that all staff members have the necessary training to upsell and explain promotions to guests.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality food & beverage department is essential.
  • You must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and build a high-performing team.
  • Strong knowledge of wines and spirits is also required.
