Classroom Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Achieving Classroom Leader to join our team of educators.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education, with a focus on academic achievement and personal growth.

The salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of teachers to deliver high-quality education to Year 3 students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate students, including differentiated instruction.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
