Head of Financial Operations

We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our finance team in the UK. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Managing the company's cash flow and ensuring financial stability.
- Overseeing financial processes, including audits and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Building relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Improving financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
