We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Best Practice Network Limited. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team to provide high-quality care and support to a child with Special Educational Needs.
About the Role:- Provide 1:1 support to a child with SEN in the EYFS setting
- Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Assist with planning and delivering play experiences that meet the child's individual needs and support all aspects of the EYFS curriculum
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the child's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Relevant experience in a nursery or employed childcare setting
- Level 3 qualification in Education or equivalent
