About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovations Project Manager to join our team at Colas Ltd. As a key member of our Innovations team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and decarbonization across our highways infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance our clients' experience and improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of Live Labs 2, a flagship innovation project, and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote innovation and decarbonization within our teams and with external clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the highways or local authorities sector.
  • Strong understanding of innovation and decarbonization principles and their application in the highways sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering innovation projects and securing funding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
