Cw4 is a leading construction company seeking an experienced Civils Groundworks Supervisor to manage our groundworks gangs.



Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing civils groundworks gangs, with experience in deep drainage and other groundworks projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of workers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:



  • A CSCS Card;
  • A valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate; and
  • Previous experience in managing groundwork gangs.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
