Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ENT Surgeon to join our dynamic team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Junior Clinical Fellow in ENT, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced consultants and contribute to the provision of high-quality patient care.

The department has a 12-bedded unit shared with Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery at Royal Blackburn Hospital, and Burnley General Hospital is the centre for day surgery. Our team consists of six consultants, one associate specialist, two specialist registrars, and two specialty doctors.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Junior Clinical Fellow in ENT, you will be responsible for providing care for in-patients, perioperative care for patients undergoing surgery, and participating in the hospital at night on-call rota. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in clinics and theatre, as well as participating in audit and publications.
