Special Needs Educator

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic team at Austin Fraser. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.
About the Role:- This is a full-time/part-time position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
- Our school has been praised for its nurturing environment and strong staff-pupil relationships, holding a "Good" rating from Ofsted.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with special educational needs in their learning and development, as well as assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop positive relationships with pupils to create a supportive learning environment.
- Implement tailored support strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
Requirements:- Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and a proactive attitude towards supporting children with special needs.
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
