Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Industrialisation Manager to lead the industrialisation of our projects, providing effective industrial support and ensuring the efficient manufacture of conforming product.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing the manufacturing organisation and resources, including OBS, WBS, and schedules of activities;
  • Designing workflows and defining manufacturing processes;
  • Implementing test strategies;
  • Leading, planning, and implementing major industrial projects;
  • Providing training to project personnel on process/project matters and ensuring their own skills are consistent with the demands of the job.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing engineering discipline;
  • Senior experience in industrial operations, manufacturing engineering, or another senior engineering or programmes role;
  • Manufacturing programme management and work-package management skills;
  • Awareness of machine shop processes, mechanical/electrical assembly processes, and financial awareness.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also includes a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a contributory pension scheme.
