We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, promoting our brand values, and growing your own business within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized fitness coaching to clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Develop and implement effective training programs, taking into account clients' fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
- Conduct fitness assessments, track progress, and provide regular feedback to clients.
- Promote our brand values, products, and services to clients, and encourage referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management team.
- REPs level 3 Personal Training qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness, and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to grow your business.
- Daily 1-to-1 business support from our team.
- Professional photo shoot for your online profile.
- Access to our digital marketplace.
- Minimum of 2 weeks' rent-free per year.
- Free membership for yourself.
