As an Electrical Commissioning Specialist, you will work closely with the Major Projects team to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commissioning of HV electrical projects, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
Liaise with project teams to plan, schedule, and execute commissioning activities.
Manage on-site commissioning engineers and ensure all works are carried out according to the project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with electrical, health & safety regulations.
The Person:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Specialist with a strong background in HV electrical projects. You will have a proven track record of leading commissioning teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as an Electrical Commissioning Specialist, ideally within HV electrical, utilities, or power projects.
Familiarity with working for an Independent Connection Provider (ICP) or Distribution Network Operator (DNO) is advantageous.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong project management skills.
