Job Summary

Clerk of Works - Catering Assistant

Job Description

As a Catering Assistant with Clackmannanshire Council, you will play a vital role in providing school meals to our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking food, including basic food preparation and simple cooking.
  • Assisting with kitchen duties, such as setting up and clearing away equipment, crockery, and tables, as well as cleaning the kitchen.
  • Maintaining good hygiene, Health & Safety, and customer relations within the unit.
  • Performing other duties as requested by the Senior Catering Assistant/Catering Supervisor.
