Role Overview:
As a key member of our team at Engineered Connections Limited, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the management and delivery of multiple resin flooring projects. This role requires a driven individual who can ensure projects are completed to the highest standards while adhering to budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of works, from initial agreements to final delivery.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contractual matters, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with contractual, environmental, health, safety, and CDM 2015 regulations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the on-site team to coordinate project activities, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and addressing any financial discrepancies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract-related documents and communications.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in contract management within the industrial or commercial sector. Experience in floor coating would be advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of contract law, project management principles, and industry regulations.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in contract management, construction management, or a related field (e.g., RICS, APM).
