Junior Paraplanner Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Paraplanner to join our team at Reed. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our financial planning team by assisting in the preparation of client reports and financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough research on financial products and investment opportunities to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our team of experienced IFAs and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional client service.
  • Manage and process client data using our back office system, IO, and utilize A J Bell for various administrative and planning tasks.
  • Analyse financial data and create reports using FE Analytics to provide valuable insights.
  • Work closely with our team manager to pool and manage IFA work effectively, contributing to the continuous improvement of our reporting and research processes.
Requirements:
  • A keen interest in financial planning and a desire to develop into a paraplanner or advisor role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities, with proficiency in using financial platforms and back office systems.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
