Home-Based Social Care Opportunity

We are Leaders in Care, a leading provider of social care services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home-Based Social Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a 4-day working week, while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social worker to work from home with manageable caseloads. You will be responsible for managing short-term and long-term cases, providing supportive management, and working closely with our team to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Benefits:

Your Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • Proven experience in social care, preferably in a remote or home-based setting
