Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Nukasani Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting with the modernization efforts of our Building Information Tracking System (BITS). Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes and requirements to inform the design and development of systems for BITS Modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and requirements documentation
  • Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and development teams to ensure business requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and flow diagrams
  • Participate in functional and systems integration unit testing
  • Develop and present training to users
  • Provide implementation and maintenance support

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in system design and development with a focus on process improvement and business and technical requirements gathering
  • 7+ years of experience documenting workflow processes
  • 7+ years of experience developing test plans, use cases, and performing quality assurance validation, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
  • 7+ years of experience in the development of training materials and conducting user training
  • IT application/systems development and/or management experience
  • Project admin experience in commercial/institutional construction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of building and construction management systems, including compliance, budgeting, and permitting workflows and practices
  • Knowledge of public construction project terminologies, permitting, and procurement standards
