Broking Manager Role

STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Broking Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our broking department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional broking services to our established clientele while also contributing to the attraction of new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a comprehensive broking service to existing customers, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met.
  • Assist in securing potential new clients, leveraging your expertise in managing client accounts and handling complex insurance products.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer requirements, driving the efficiency and profitability of the broking department.
  • Monitor and optimize various systems supporting operations, ensuring seamless delivery of broking services.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, ideally within a broking environment.
  • Proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong skills in customer retention and managing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in leading teams and overseeing departmental operations, with a keen eye for innovation and efficiency.
