The Night Site Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and delivery of key sites, working closely with the project team to achieve programme requirements and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety Management: Ensure site standards are maintained, assist with risk assessments, investigate accidents, and conduct site inspections.
- Production Management: Work to programme, mitigate lost time, and ensure completion of quality records.
- Quality Control: Maintain standards of workmanship, ensure process capability, and prepare/review RAMS for site activities.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, prepare and review RAMS, and maintain/update construction plans and associated documentation.
- Cost Control: Manage manpower, materials, plant, and vehicles, and deal with damages and thefts.
- Liaison: Work with the Health & Safety Manager, Client's Site Operatives, Planning Manager, and Client's representatives to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are achieved.
- Extensive experience in delivering multidiscipline projects in the Gas industry, ideally pipeline and/or Compressor Station/AGI experience.
- EUSR SHEA Gas competency, Supervisory Management Training, CSCS Managers Card, IOSH/SMSTS, and a Full UK driving license.
- Good work ethics, able to lead a team, and First Aider.
- Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor (desirable).
