Job Overview: Compass Associates is seeking a Complex Rehabilitation Manager to lead our specialist complex rehabilitation service in Reading. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services.
">The Complex Rehabilitation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that clinical services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes managing staffing, budgets, and disciplinary matters, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
">This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse with at least 2 years of managerial experience within a care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory regulations and be passionate about delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement.
">The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays + Birthday Off, Subsidised meals and free parking, Wellbeing support and activities, Career development and training, Pension contribution, Life Assurance, Enhanced Maternity Package.
