We are seeking a skilled Press Toolmaker to join our team at CNC Precision in High Wycombe. As a Press Toolmaker, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining complex multi-stage progression press tools to fine tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain precision press tools and components
- Work with high-speed presses to achieve fine tolerances
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure successful tool operation
- Develop and implement efficient tooling solutions
- Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience
- Craft or technician qualification
- Excellent communication, planning, and scheduling skills
- Attention to detail and ability to read technical information
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous precision progression toolmaking experience
- Experience working with automotive tooling
