Clinical Liaison Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison Practitioner to join our team. This role involves working with diverse services, including police, probation, courts, and healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in various settings.

Key responsibilities include assessing individuals' mental states, implementing care pathways, and making referrals to relevant services. The post holder will also be expected to undertake mental health assessments, gather background histories, and prepare accurate reports.

A high standard of interpersonal skills is required to manage complex needs and conflicting demands. Candidates must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
