Electrical Team Lead

First People Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical team on-site, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on-site
- Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team
- Prepare progress reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
