Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

First People Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical team on-site, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on-site
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Prepare progress reports and ensure accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
